Publisher Shoreline games has just announced a new partnership with developer Studio Evil to release the upcoming horror-inspired, roguelite strategy game Dice of Arcana. The new title has just dropped a demo ahead of Steam Next Fest on February 24th.
In Dice of Arcana, your life is on the line and you’ll need both luck and skill in order to escape. Embark on a journey led by a malevolent puppet master where you must use the luck of the dice in order to strategically control miniatures and outscore your opponents. When you aren’t battling you must try to pull together the best set of dice and miniatures for upcoming rounds.
There’s more to the game than simply winning or losing. You must strategize carefully or risk losing not only the game but a part of yourself. Breaking the rules isn’t out of the question, you just have to know how to do it.
Dice of Arcana will launch into Early Access on April 29th, 2025 where a portion of the levels will be completed. The team plans to launch into 1.0 in October 2025 and the full version of the game will include the last endgame level content and final boss levels.
