A new indie game publisher, Shoreline Games, has officially launched, announcing its first set of games scheduled for release in early 2025. The company was founded by Keith Kawamura and Jenny Zha, both veterans of the entertainment and gaming industries.

Keith Kawamura, the CEO of Shoreline Games, brings a diverse background, having previously served as general manager at Too Corporation Americas and holding roles at Unknown Worlds Entertainment, Perfect World, and Crunchyroll. Jenny Zha, the COO, was most recently CEO of the marketing agency Infinitize and has also worked at companies like Rakuten Viki, Melwood Global, and Crunchyroll.

Kawamura emphasized the company’s goal of helping games gain visibility in a crowded market, stating: “With over 17,000 games released yearly, we want to focus on those with strong systems and narratives, making sure they get the attention they deserve.”
Zha added: “Our experience in building communities and fandoms helps us connect players to the games they love. We see games as reflections of personal identity, and we want to shine a light on that for each of the titles and their communities.”
